honeycomb ceramic used as the heat exchanger is the major part of HTAC technology in industrial kiln.

The honeycomb ceramic can be used as the heat exchanger, which is a new-developing industrial ceramic. Such products are widely applied in rubbish incinerator, industrial waster gas disposal and high temperature storage and exchange for metallurgy, chemical and construction material industries.  

The honeycomb ceramic as heat exchanger is the major part for HTAC( High Temperature Atmosphere Combustion) technology in industrial kiln.

The advantages for using honeycomb ceramic as heat exchanger are for HTAC technology as follows:   

1,Low thermal value blast furnace coal gas can be used

2,More than 40% energy can be saved

3,More than 50% polluted materials in released smoke can be reduced. 

The material for heat exchanger –ceramic honeycomb can be cordierite, mullite ceramic, alumina, aluminum titanate etc. Customer can choose the suitable materials according to its application.
